McCray Global Protection was founded in 2013 by Craig Steven McCray, a 20-year NYPD veteran who retired as a Sergeant. He served in Narcotics, Counter-Terrorism and the Joint Terrorism Task Force, and was among the first responders at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. The firm is led today by Craig J. McCray as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ownership and Operating Model

MGP is family-owned and operator-led, with executives directly involved in client accounts. Programs run with MGP-employed officers where the company has an internal presence and vetted local partners elsewhere. Partners are contracted through MGP and held to the same screening, training, insurance and reporting standards.
